I have 4 children. Only one can wear neon colors. She’s dark and deliciously swarthy, so the glow makes her look tan and healthy and wonderful. If any of the rest of us try the same color, we look like very ill clowns.

I keep wondering when one fashion that drives me crazy will be on it’s way out…
I hope I don’t offend anyone by saying this, but I just don’t get the low waisted pants thing (what is that, french cut?) I don’t know, all I know is it makes a nice round bottom look cut in half, with a roll on top, there are a few girls that can pull it off, gives so many women “man but”. Anyway, I see it all day long when I’m out and about, and it just flatters so few, I always wonder if “she” knows how much better “she” would look with pants that flattered “her” figure, instead of working against it. I just keep wondering how long it’s going to last…
Please don’t hate me, it’s just my humble opinion! lol
I realize perhaps I am also just gettin old LOL

Thanks for your fashion tips, it keeps me thinking ‘current’ lol.

I love this feature of yours but you’re so inspirational that I think I’m gonna have to pick up a 2nd job to support all my extra purchases. Thats why I just listed about a hundy’s worth of crap on Craigslist that I hope somebody wants! At first I thought I’d use the $ for an iPhone but I think I’ll use it to buy me some new clothes instead. I’m still waiting on my blouse from Nord’s that I ordered after last week’s visit to your Fashion Friday Nordy and UPS say it is supposed to come Tuesday. We’ll see.

I am so fashion … carefree … that I cannot begin to figure out how to apply this information in my life. Someone recently did make me a scarf and showed me how to put it on so I might just be able to rock that trend in a timely fashion.
But you have totally inspired me!I have now decided to celebrate the fashion dysfunction in our family and am now going to document it regularly on my blog.

Every decade or so, the trends actually match what I have in my closet and love to wear. This is my year!!!! I was just in The Gap and gasped at all the Sandy clothes in there. Bought some too!

Sqealing for hot pink, embellished sandals, neutrals, cool colors and ruffled tops…

This year, I shall be the fashion diva I always desired to be. On the cutting edge.
