		<description>I second the Melatonin.  Wonderful stuff.  I also like Advil PM.  However, if your child happens to wake you up in the night and need something, be prepared to be banging into the walls as you stagger down the hall.  Melatonin is very natural, and causes no mid-night staggering nor morning sluggishness.</description>

I am a nurse and worked night shift for 5 years.  I had A LOT of trouble sleeping and switching back and forth between sleeping during the day and sleeping during the night.  I tried tons of sleep aids (Tylenol PM, Simply Sleep, etc.), but they all contained Diphenhydramine (Benadryl).  They all made me groggy the next day.

Then I discovered Melatonin.  It is wonderful!  I buy mine at GNC, and I sleep like a baby.  :)  Hope that helps!</description>
