We have had the same problem with the tooth fairy and inflation!!!! My nephew has a tooth fairy who brings $20.00 per tooth, so my son expected something similar. I had to tell him that Louisiana tooth fairies don't make as much money as Florida tooth fairies! We solved the problem by leaving a golden dollar and a paper dollar... one to spend and one to save. By the third tooth he was questioning why he was getting the same thing each time, so he got two golden dollars and two paper dollars, which seemed exciting to him. That is where we are now. Hopefully that works for awhile!

"My momma is a little crazy".... if only she knew she was calling her tooth fairy crazy while hoping for BIG money!
What did she say about Tilt? A helper for the sick kids?

Wow, $10. I've got a full set of adult teeth that I wouldn't mind parting with for $10 a pop, where exactly does Trevor's tooth fairy live? Just sayin'!!!

$10 is nothing, my cousin received $50 from her tooth fairy about a year ago for her first lost tooth. I was about ready to pull my teeth then too!

Oh law, love that girl. Congrats on the loss of her first tooth. Good logic about it being the first one "growed"! Good luck with the $5 or $10. Thanks a lot Trevor's mom...

I love the Caroline videos! And yeah for losing her first tooth! I'm sure you'll have a great tooth fairy story to tell soon. I'll pull my teeth for $10 a pop. Or not. :)

Pulling teeth make me feel ill. I feel like we always wanted to tie them to doorknobs when we were little and slam the door... ick.

I can't imagine my baby's sweet little teeth falling out, how amazing it is to watch children grow!

I am the "Tilt" of my neighborhood. I have actually pulled children's teeth from kids that are not my own at the request of the child. It may gross some of you out, but it happened to me because I spend all of my time with children in various settings and kids seem to feel at ease with me. Once a little girl stopped me while I was walking around the block and she was riding her bike and ask me to pull her tooth (there was no parent at home, it was after school.) I pulled it for her. I supplied band aides, snacks and conversation for this same kid. I am the old school kool aid mom. We do exsist. Nothing crazy or perverted, just a mom that cares for kids and doesn't mind pulling a loose tooth now and then. Bless Tilts heart.
