On this week’s bonus episode Sophie and I talk with our friend Kari Kampakis, who lives in Birmingham and is the author of four books. Kari also happens to be one of our favorite Instagram follows. The mom of four daughters and a graduate of The University of Alabama, Kari has so much wisdom to share about friendship, the dynamics between moms and daughters, the power of being vulnerable and going first – and so much more. Her words are such an encouragement!
