Fashion Friday: Edition I have a new website design
A few weeks ago, a friend texted me and said they were looking for something on my blog and a link took them to a page filled with Chinese writing. And that made me realize that I hadn’t changed anything around here for a long time and, while I guess this is still technically a blog, I only use it to post Fashion Friday and podcast show notes. So it felt like it was time to just simplify it and clean it up a little bit. You know, bring it into the year of our Lord 2024.
Anyway, here are some cute things I found this week:
When I’m telling you that leopard is everywhere for fall and winter, I mean it is everwhere. This is the prettiest top and would look so great with black pants, a black slip skirt or jeans.

This is the kind of sweater top I love because it is perfect for fall in the south. This also comes in ivory, but chocolate brown is a big color for fall and I like it because it’s different than anything else I have.

3. twofer layered sweater vest
I have always loved a layered look that doesn’t actually require me to layer. This is just so darling and perfect with jeans.
It’s $128.
4. pilcro crewneck waffle sweater
A waffle knit anything is one of life’s greatest joys in my opinion. This also comes in a maroon color, but this blue is so dreamy.
It’s $158.
5. pinch sleeveless tiered maxi dress
This is such a great fall dress because you can wear it like this for now and then layer a sweater or denim jacket over it later.
It’s $99.
6. oversized women’s denim jacket
Speaking of denim jacket, I love this oversized denim shirt jacket. It comes in a bunch of different color options but I really love this olive green.
It’s $41.99.
7. floral bubble sleeve print dress
This is the most darling dress. Love the cut and the bright color.
It’s $149. It also comes in a tan colorway if you want something a little more subtle.
8. burgundy stripe mini shirt dress
This dress doesn’t look great with those loafers, but it’s maroon and white so perfect for game day. I’d wer it with cowboy boots or some fun sneakers.
It’s $44.99 and also comes in a solid light chambray and a blue and white stripe.
9. joygirl pleated tennis skirt
I have really been into my tennis skirts this summer and this is one of the best ones I’ve found. It’s lightweight and longer in the back than in the front. Plus, the pleats are just so cute.
This is $29.99 and comes in a bunch of color options. I got the medium.
10. dolce vita bobby platform sandals
Listen, these shoes are like a unicorn. Sophie had them on at our live show last spring and told me they were so comfortable. So I bought this almond suede color and they are like a dream. I don’t know how a heel is this comfortable but I can truly walk in these all day and not hate myself. They are almost sold out so run if you want them.
They do come in some other colors. They are $144.
