Raising Arizona

November 23, 2008

This is a scene from my grandmother’s house last night.

Which explains all the dolls in the background

And the Zenith T.V. circa 1982.

Um yes, I feel like I have now visited MY grandparents house. They will never get rid of those televisions.

What a wonderful baby mama she is! :)

Are you sure you weren’t at my MOM’s house? Her excuse for keeping her 1985 TV? It’s the right size for her (very small) 1980 TV cabinet.

Oh. Okay then.

Oh my gosh, that TV is awesome! Any more, most people throw a big tablecloth over a TV like that and put the “new” TV on top of it. LOL

The recipe winner is Gulley from TX. Any chance it’s your Gulley?

“Son, you got a panty on your head.”

Love it. Own it. Now I have to watch it. Tonight.

I’m so glad that the hubs just got back from the grocery with a plethora of junk food just perfect for movie-watching.

“Are these the balloons that bow up into funny shapes?”
“Well, if you think round is funny.”

I LOVE RAISING ARIZONA!!

Hey, cute video! Just so you know Melanie Vimeo is having a bit of a nervous break down so about every other person who tries to view a movie will be told it’s no longer there. I wouldn’t worry, the Vimeo people are on it so it should be fixed shortly.

Okay, we got rid of a TV just like that in a garage sale a couple of years ago. It was still working! It had a space phone.

Caroline is so cute. My five year old doesn’t play with dolls.

need more information! Where was that baby born? In a taxi cab? On the shoe aisle at SteinMarts? She just left us hanging…

27 Julie November 25, 2008 at 9:21 pm

Props to you for your Raising Arizona reference…”I think I got the best one.”

28 PJ November 27, 2008 at 4:23 pm

29 Shalee November 28, 2008 at 1:21 pm

Is it a sign of sickness that I kept getting distracted by the football game on the tv in the background?
